Introduction
While in Seoul, Michelle Khai-Cronin also conducted a Kettlebells for the Creative Mover class at one of the foremost Pilates studios in Korea. The students proved very receptive to the idea of supplementing their existing practice with KB's!
In addition, KBC is proud to announce that we are now working with Jordan Gold, AKA "Stretch" who has invented not only his own system of stretching (perfected over many many years of working with many top athletes) but also a proprietary stretch table consisting of a variety of supports, straps, and bolsters.
KBC will not only be selling his stretch tables, but we will also be working with him at trade shows and conventions to help him spread his system to other trainers, ATC's, Pilates professionals, and other allied health professionals.
Jordan is quite gifted at what he does and we look forward to introducing others to his system.
