Introduction
The guys at Thump Boxing in Miami did not have to be sold on the benefits of kettlebells! They knew a good thing when they saw it and many of the senior instructors there now add kettlebells as part of their conditioning program.
KBC Partners and Senior Instructors Adam and Michelle Khai-Cronin (now based in Miami, FL) had a great time with the guys out on the beach with the "kettle cart" (Okay, it's a collapsable wheelbarrow, but "kettle cart" sounds better.) Very handy for lugging them around.
